My 2 weeks getaway.

Pictures above doesn't speaks all, more @ Facebook! :)
Anyway, it's gonna be a wordy wordy post, read only if you are interested of what happened in Vietnam! :D
"What comes out in Vietnam, stays in Vietnam." :D
Finally settling down at home since I get back home on Thursday night from Vietnam. Really missed those times I had with my friends.
2 weeks seemed so short but yet we all managed to bond, like a big family.
Despite being how reluctant for this trip before, I really had an enjoyable time there.
The simple, carefree life. Free from all the frustrations, filled with fun, love, joy and laughters with all the people there.
It had been really great experience.
The bonding with the new friends I made there is indescribable, how much fun we all had.
All the laughing session, all the crazy sessions, photo bombs, HTHT with the girls and all.
I really miss all those moments.
My 2 weeks getaway made me learn to be really appreciative.
What we have in Singapore is considered luxury over there.
The culture difference and the living standards.
New things I have to adapt.
Going into departmental stores only when you have your bags sealed up/ placed in the locker.
Traditional toilets, hah.
These are just one of the few differences cos I can't seem to remember at this moment.
&So, my group was doing construction on the first day.
Horrible, but fun.
How can a group be so bonded when we are all bickering whenever we see each other.
Well, my group is the one. Even when we have our free time, we are always together when we can go back to our own clique. It's really nice.
Anyway, construction was horrible because our hardwork went wasted. But still, there's a sense of achievement.
Second day was to have session with the primary school kids.
They were awesome. The thing between kids there and here in Singapore, is they are all very enthusiastic, all very active, all very keen in learning new things. &One thing I realised is, they really had good craftsmanship. What my group was doing was, plasticine session and telling the kids to mould a chicken. &When we are all struggling, the kids totally made a great modification of a rooster. It totally wowed me.
Third day was cooking and yupp, everything went great with the great lunch! Haha.
Market experience was very new.
I see how the market layout and how chickens are slaughtered. :/
Fourth day was walking through the padi fields and fishing and it's the day I kinda start playing games with the other people that I don't normally hang out with? Hahaha.
But great times. :)
Kindergarten on the 5th day. Awesome kids. Despite the fact that most are repeat and impromptu sessions, the kids are really patient and still played along with us. :)
6th day at the beach, awesome. HAHA.
KTV session after dinner. Get high party. Really went high!
7th day was spent at the orphanage in the morning.
Really heartening to see one of the kids to get so attached to us and had tears in his eyes when he heard us saying we might not be going back anymore. :/
Sightseeing after lunch and then shopping at some market there.
The day when shopping gang is established. Haha.
Had much fun and great experience with the girls! Hhaha. :D
8th day was the last day at the kindergarten. Closing ceremony with the performance by te people there and us. Hah, awesome. ;D
Ended with the camp fire, everyone totally high and photo bombs everywhere. Hahaha. Awesome time with all these crazy people. :)
9th day was the last day in Hue before we headed to Ho Chi Minh.
Now, I really missed Hue City. :(
War memorials sight visiting in Ho Chi Minh and then shopping at the markets.
Though there was nothing much to shop, we still get satisfaction with the bargaining. HAHAHA.
HTHT with the girls are forever great. :)
I'm getting lazy on typing, if you can tell, so I just wanna say this.
I really thank god that I did not give up on this trip for this trip let me find so many friends, or no, a big family outside. I had really great times with them and I seriously hoped for a longer trip, now that I'm home. I missed living and laughing with them. :(
